Willkommen

So we begin.

I have decided to blog.  Obviously since if you are reading this, you are doing so on a blog.  A blog you will notice is titled Night Trees.  When deciding to start this blog the choice of a name daunted me.  It is too much pressure,  heaven help me should I ever have to name a child.  Night Trees popped in my head, and there it stuck.  It has no deep meaning, or important significance other than I like it.

Second to naming this blog, came the conundrum of content.  Having no idea whether anyone would even be reading these words, the content would have to be something that I myself enjoy.  So Night Trees will simple be a mish mash of things that interest me.

However to start I thought something a little more structured would be best.  And so enters the Vegan 30 Day Challenge.  For the next 30 days I will partake in a vegan diet, and let you know the good, the bad and the interesting things I consume. 

So I hope you mysterious reader find all of this utterly fascinating.
