Short post today.
Breakfast I had cereal, in a hurry as I ran out the door
Lunch, toasted tomato sandwich and roasted pepper soup.
Dinner. We had to go to Len's uncle's tonight because Len was doing some computer work for him, and we were changing to our snow tires, (even though the snow is all gone) So his uncle made us dinner, and since he is a meaty kind of fellow, I ended up having a salad. Funny, he made pea soup, which I didn't eat because I thought I am sure that has cream, and upon a further look I am pretty sure it had ham, not sure how he thought that was a good choice for me, but hey no complaints when people do the making, and my salad was tasty. Needless to say I was a little hungry when I got home so I had a peanut butter english muffin.
