Day 20

Sunday morning sleep in.  I am going to have trouble going back to work tomorrow.  So this morning it became very evident that I needed to buy some groceries.  So for breakfast I repeated yesterdays waffle breakfast.

As I write this I realize that I didn't actually eat lunch, which is probably why I ended up having dinner at 530.

So for dinner the plan was to make homemade perogies, however when I got home from running around I really didn't feel like making something that was going to take that long.  So I cooked up some spaghetti and made a vegetarian scallopine.  It kind of is like chicken parmesan but of course without the chicken. Covered with tomato sauce and voila dinner!
  Conclusion; very tasty, as you can see by the dirty fork that I started to eat it before I realized that I hadn't taken a picture.  However this is the third time I have made a pasta dish.  The funny thing is I always complain that when you go to any sort of event the vegetarian option is always pasta.  Additionally pasta can add on the pounds, so I will try to make more interesting and possibly healthy options for the next ten days. 

I went to have some dessert but the cashew frozen pie had developed freezer burn, and also was a little watery.  So we shall skip dessert tonight.
