Good morning. Up in time to make myself pretty and make breakfast. Sunrise cereal and Len even got breakfast in bed.
Lunch was a repeat of last night's dinner, Yummy yummy.
Dinner. Well lunch was big so dinner time didn't bring on too much of the hungries, so I made Len some meatless wings, and I made a plate of nachos. Again not exactly big on the health front but voila dinner!
Conclusion: meh. I only put the daiya cheese on half. and it was a good thing, cause I definitely do not like it. Though it melted well, it still tastes a little off to me, cheez whizzy. The dry nachos were tasty but the toppings don't stick and they tend to get a little toasty as well. The meatless wings were alright, Len liked his hot ones, but I think they would be better if they had a breading.
Had some cashew frozen dessert as well, yum yum.
