I had the great pleasure of staying with friends down in St. Catharines the last few days. While there I thought I would check out their local vegan restaurant. There is a cool website thehappycow.com that you can put in where you are and they will tell you all the vegan and vegetarian restaurants close by.
Unfortunately there were none. However there was a vegan bakery, so I thought, I like bakeries lets check it out. So we stopped by, after a small amount of confusion as to where it actually was and I picked up some lovely treats, mainly vegan donuts of several varieties.
Conclusion. yummy, well I have only eaten the cinnamon sugar one (I actually ate it in the car, sadly it didn't make it long enough to be in this picture). It was good, slightly thicker than Tim Horton's or Crispy Creme, more like a homemade donut, which is what these are. I can't only assume the rest will taste just as good.
