So it is Christmas eve which means the festivities are soon to be in full swing. I have cleaned (well mostly cleaned the house) and I have finished a bunch of baking, my normal present for the extended family since it is way too much to go out and find store presents for all of them. So I made a slew of cupcakes and muffins and these wonderful little pretzels that I saw on Pinterest.
So here I share the tasty sure to be traditional Christmas pretzels.
First have pretzels
Then in a bowl mix together a little butter, some peanut butter and icing sugar until it is crumbly.
Roll into balls
Smoosh balls between two pretzels
melt chocolate in a double boiler. (I don't recommend using the microwave)
Dip pretzel sandwiches in chocolate, once it is melted, Make sure the pretzels are sandwiched together well or they will fall apart in the chocolate.
Refrigerate until solid
Enjoy
These are so good make sure you make enough that you can keep some for yourself.
