I can honestly say that I think Len and I are a great pair. That is not to say that we like all the same things, not by far. Len likes computers,video games, playing guitar, thrill rides, biking and really loud music. I like reading, hiking, drama shows, science fiction, baking and what could be described as "sad" music. We fight over what to watch on tv, I have dragged Len to see sappy movies, and I have seen my fair share of action packed borefests. We rarely agreed on the volume setting of.. well of anything
The reasons we come together aren't because we are the same. The differences make for interesting conversations. On the surface there may be these differences but deep down, I know our core happiness comes from a very similar place.
As an example of our differences, today's song is a double feature. I will let you guess who picked what.

Whenever this song comes on the radio it is sung very loudly, and believe me neither of us can hit those high notes so our apologies to those who happen to be within earshot. Its meaning is fairly obvious.
