One week in!
So I have been a good girl and totally done each day's work out, but I can't say I have really made the effort with my food. However in the name of science today I weighed and measured myself. Happily I weigh the same as last week, though I had hoped for a miraculous loss in weight, it doesn't surprise me that this number has remained the same. But my measurements brought much happier news, lost a bunch of inches, mostly in my chest and arms. Probably all those stupid push ups and burpees. Gonna have to work on harder on the lower half.
Today's workout was good. felt slightly less sweaty today. Just did sit ups instead of dips
Looking ahead with more hope that the week two check in shows better results.
