Well its been awhile since I wrote, and since honesty is the best policy, the reason is simple, I have not been doing the body rock workouts. I could say I got to busy, I could say they were hard, but the truth is, I just didn't want to do it. I found the short workouts complicated and slightly ineffective. Now I am sure the ineffectiveness comes from my inability to do the exercises properly, but part of the reason I quit was because I felt like I was modifying every exercise to something simple enough to do, that then didn't really DO anything.
I have been going on hikes and skating at the outdoor park (I have even almost learned to stop properly) so I haven't been a total lazy slob.
Sadly the failure to continue has left me feeling guilty, but also without topics to write about. Hopefully I will come up with something interesting.
Hopefully any of you who tried to start out 2012 with some sort of exercise routine are still going strong, and for those of you who haven't well there's lots of room on the couch with me
